Song/Seats or No seats

What would you do? I booked very early with Song for next March. Via phone I was given seat assignments, however, I received my E-tickets and the seat numbers are not listed on them, just the asterisk noting I have to check in . With all the worry about flights being over-booked, would you think something is not right here? I also checked the seat availability for my flights, and my assigned numbers are still available. I never have had this happen before flying with Delta aka Song. Thanks.
 
Like Gail said, call them... At this point, a flight for next March would not be anywhere near over-booked. The agent may have just made a mistake and not actually confirmed those seats for you.
 
I agree....call them. My e-tickets arrived the same way as yours. I had picked out seats when I made the reservations over the phone. So I called them and just confirmed they had my seats. They did. I then checked online and the seats (after this phone call) showed that they were reserved.
 

If they show on the web site they are up for grabs, call Song and make sure they assign you seats. After they do, go back to the web and check, they should be listed on your resveration, and show booked on the seat map. My guess is the agent did not imput the seats.
 
When DElta switched our trip to Song it did not switch the seats. But I logged on and did it by myself right away.
