I complained about how ignorant the lady at CAA was both on the phone to me and to my husband when he went to pick up the tickets. ALso one of their internet pages said a price for park hoppers and it was $5 more each ticket. Well after complaining they gave me $60 in Disney gift certificates to be used on your room,character breakfast or shops or.... They are really cute I took a photo for scrapbooking!(haha)
People should treat others the way they would want someone treating them Right??? Especiallly in Business

Did you purchase air & hotel through CAA, or just the passes?

Some of the places charge an additional fee if the passes are purchased separately. FunSun has a pretty good price for passes in their brochures, but you have to purchase their air and/or hotel in order to be able to get the passes. They used to add $5 on for pass-only sales, but now wouldn't sell passes alone at all.

And their webpage was not up to date It was still offering the character meal and thats why I went with them. That's why they gave me certificates for 3 meals or what ever

I have had my own run-ins with CAA (rather recently)-I've always had them book my disney vacations through AAA Vacations-suffice it to say that after this latest little fiasco I won't be going back to this particular agency again.
