Something you should know about Photobucket

I know this is in the wrong section, but I find this is done here A LOT and you should be warned. People, PLEASE make sure your photobuckets are set to private if you are going to post pictures.

So many people upload their Disney pictures to their family account, and when you link one picture you link them all. If you dont want complete strangers to see personal photos make sure the accounts are locked with a password. I have learned this lesson the hard way and I dont want it to happen to anyone else. It's internet safety that a lot of people tend to over look.

Thanks for sharing. The Photobucket account I use for the Dis is for the Dis only. I have another account that is used for family and friends.

There is also an option to scramble your pictures as theyre uploaded. Because even on private, you can run though them 001, 002, 003, 004, etc etc etc.

There is also a program (if you YOuTube it) that allows people to bust in there, regardless.

I had my Photobucket private and password protected, and someone used (probably the above mentioned) to get into mine - from a picture on the DIS, mind you. I have a constant viewer of mine - must be a fun hobby, aye?

So, I have done what another poster has done. I have one I use for the DIS, and one for my stuff. Unfortunately the no life dude seems to have already taken, viewed and saved all my pictures.

People are psycho's and you never know when someone is going to begin getting obsessed over *words on a message board*.
