Something wrong with DVC Member Website - Can't Book DVC Resorts Online?!

I just logged in and it looks like the removed the option to book online? What happened? It was fine yesterday. Does anyone know what is going on with it?

this has been weird for a few days but you can go to the top and click "my vacations" and then under Book Online click "disney vaction club resorts" and it will take you to the online booking page.

That is really weird, just an hour ago that option wasn't there. I should have taken a screen shot. I logged in just now to check based on your suggestion, and it's now back on the dropdown from "My Vacations" whereas before it only said RCI booking.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Member Services hours of operation, or it's just a bad glitch.

I just tried right now as I wanted to check on Aulani availability and no actual online booking button was available.

I had trouble with it on Friday, but played around looking through other headings and finally got it to work. Glad I did because it was the second half of my split stay for December!

I had problems today with the same thing. I called MS and had a busy signal 3 times and then a recording said I had a 30 minute wait when i got through.

Went back to the site and looked around until I hit the spot I was looking for. It was not in the area I usually clicked to get to booking.

It was missing for me yesterday as well. I also got busy signals and then a 25 minute wait time for ms this morning

This has been happening to me often lately. When it happens, I log out, then log in again. The online booking option reappears in the menu.

I've written multiple issue reports to their IT department in the last week. I'm exhausted by the system erroring out on me as I'm looking through the search results.... and that's when the reservations button is there.

The only excuse I can see for all these issues is they've outsourced the development to a new group - but that's never an acceptable reason as they should have folk who know the system reviewing everything before it's put into production.
