Three weeks ago I bought some stuff from Victoria's Secret (on line), I paid with the credit card of V.S.
Today I received my statements from New York & Company card and appears the amount of V.S. !!!!! ( I already know that the accounts are under the same bank).
I call to V.S. and the customer r. said: That doesn't matter because is the same bank, the banks decides where to put it
. I said that I understand that are under the same bank, but that is not a reasonable answer, I told her if I go to New York and Company Store and want to pay with the V.S. card of course they wouldn't accepted it, and then she said: OK do you want to put the amount on your V.S. Card? I said: yes. After 3 minutes in hold she said that the change was made.
Do you think that I must talk with a customer manager or do something else?
