My wife was talking to the reservation people yesterday with some questions and hold times were 10 minutes or so - no problems but we weren't ready to make the ADRs yet. Last night we planned out what days we will be at what park etc so today she called to make the ADRs.
She waited 15 minutes and then someone answered and told her that she could only make ADRs for anything before May 25 becuase after that date they were on a new computer system so she had to transfer my wife to a number for the people that knew the new system. (our dates are may 30 - june 6)
Now, she has been on hold for 1 hour! Is that normal?
