I went into PhinWay park baseball tonight (after 45 minutes of clicking to get in) and was able to get into the room without dc. Getting excited for just getting that far, I watched people spin singles, triples, and doubles. Finally my turn comes and I step up to bat. Then I get the dreaded words nobody likes to see (OUT). Feeling defeated, I moved toward the bench to leave and Phinny says go into the prize room. At first I thought it can't be me, so I asked "me fin?" She said "Yes, you, I'm feeling generous today and this is my gift for playing." I and turned towards the prize room and thanked her.

That made my day. I'm amazed at how generous staff can be.
