something odd at Monster Makeup show

In all the many times that I have been to USF - that is the one show that I have not ever seen. I think I have been missing out! I will have to remember is as a must do for next time.

I've been to that show about 6 or 7 times and that's never happened with us. It's true that the volenteers make that show. On one of our shows the woman who went up on stage had clearly seen the show before and was really annoying! She never screamed at anything, and staged a yawn at 'picture time' then simply moved out of the way for the monster to chase the make up man! Really ruined it for the rest of us watching it. If you have seen the show just say no or act really scared/surprised! Rant over.

Well no not just mine actually, Margaret Thatcher said something almost exactly what I did along those lines, so its more than just my opinion, others have it as well.

on another note....our "volunteer" was a "young" Asian gal...and she was hilarious!!!!

Our volunteer was a lovely woman named Alba from India...she was a riot!! My DH didn't want to go to the show (thought it would be a "how to" thing), but went to humor me. (I was a theater minor in college and took classes on stage makup, etc. It was fun going to dinner after class looking like I'd been dragged behind a semi... ) He really enjoyed it. It's not a show to miss!

I'm not wanting a hundred lashes off anyone on here (I'll leave that to the dominatrix I visit twice weekly) but I would prefer you kept your ill-informed opinions to yourself. We were and still are grateful for the US involvement in WWII, but we are also grateful for the Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Indian and, if you can believe it, Russian and not forgetting the countless European resistance fighters who took part too. To say that the end of WWII was all down to just your Country is an insult to those who participated and especially those who died.

Sounds good to me.

We saw the show for the first time this year after many visits to Universal and I would urge anyone who hasn't been to go to it. It is sort of like a little hidden gem, just don't sit near the front if you don't want to be picked because the chosen one is picked from those who don't raise their hands.

On our June 2006 trip we sat in those chosen seats right in front of the stage and my wife who is very shy got picked on when the guy came out with the knife pretending to die and asking for mouth to mouth.Later the other guy threw her a towel and then used the 14.95 please , welcome to Orlando line.

My wife was in no way coached or given lines, trust me she would have ran from the theater screaming if she could have.

And I would hope you caught everything on camera. The husband of our star could hardly keep the camera still he was laughing that hard. Especially at the monster bit because it was quite evident his wife didn't know what was going to happen.
