Something new to try challenge

Having gone to Disney many time I feel that we have covered almost everything. We will be going on a 7 night cruise and going to the parks 1 day before the cruise and 2 days after.
I know that there are so many unique things that we may have overlooked. My challenge to these great boards is to see what unique and different things you can recommended. It could be unique experiences, place, events, tours, and of course food.

Eat at a place you haven't done so before. Check out the outdoor activities, cane pole fishing, archery, parasailing, fireworks cruises. If you've been a lot and covered almost everything then you certainly know what is out there.

We did the Keys to the Kingdom tour a few years ago, and it was great! It was pretty cool to be in the MK before it opened and to be able to go into the underground utilidors. Don't know how old everyone is in your group, but (unless they have changed it) everyone must be at least 16 years old.

La Nouba was a "first" for us this year. Amazing.

A fireworks cruise, and La Nouba are two things we have always wanted to do. Just may this time.

What have you done that is unique in the parks? Different than just the rides.

If you have never done it before interactive experiences like Sorcerers of Magic Kingdom, or The Phineas and Ferb secret agent (sorry can't remember what it's really called) in Epcot. It's a totally new way to explore the parks and its a lot of fun.

Also if you are going to Animal Kingdom take the train ride to Rafiki's Planet Watch. It's the best place on the property to actually learn about animals, and there us a petting zoo.

You MUST provide picture ID for KTTK. There's no way your 14 and 15 year-olds will be allowed. It's extremely strict.

What about fishing or boating. We took the 2 person, small boats from the yacht club and my son still talks about it.
