Something I just learned about Target!

They accept Marshall Fields gift cards and store credit! I knew that you could use a Field's c.c. to charge a purchase there but never thought to ask about a store credit 'till today! DH's b-day is Tues. and I wanted to get him a DVD player...had a $55 Fields credit and got the new toy for $50! I'm so excited! $$$ has been pretty tight and he really has been hoping for this....oh Happy Day!

Thanks for the B-day wishes for DH all....if I can muster up the courage to go out in the "balmy" 5 degree weather, I may even get him a DVD! Or at least a blockbuster gift card, maybe from the dog!

Barry...I owed $50 AFTER I used my Fields credit! I guess I wasn't very clear in my excitement of having to shell out half of what I expected at time of purchase. It's a Sony...basic model but should do the job.
Micca...you are TOO kind.....after having spent some time helping friends plan their WDW trips these past few months (with no sight of one in our future) I could've EASILY started a vacation fund....
He's gona be so surprised...really...he'll be mad I even spent $50 on him...but the man just needs a new electronic toy!
