Something for the boys

I am the mom of 5 yo tein boys and have been thinking the same things. Everything is for the lil girls.

I think my boys are excited about the Pirates things. But one of the boys is more timid than the other. Has anyone has a scary experience with the Pirates.

What are your boys favorite things?

When my son was 3 and we went on the Pirates of the Caribbean), he was initially a bit frightened (especially the part of the ride with the big ship and the cannons firing). We just had to assure him that it was all pretend and then we immediately took him on it again. Once he realized that it was the exact same experience and that he was ok both times, he was fine. He even asked to go on it again later in the day.

It took my son about two times to not be nervous on Pirates. He also loves Goofy's Barnstormer in Toon Town. Now that he's taller, he has been on more rides and he loves all of them. Small World, Peter Pan, Buzz Lightyear...he just can't get enough.
