Hey, you can't leave us hanging like that. What did you buy for a car?!?!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I bought a 92 Chevy Euro.

Okay, I am thoroughly depressed. You worked all day and still managed to accomplish more shopping than I did. Sigh. :sad2:

But I wasn't dragging two little ones along! When James was a tot he would dissapear in a flash. Usually tried to hide under the hanging racks. It did help that Amanda was (is!) 7 years older than James. She would help me keep an eye on him. Needless to say, he didn't come with me very often!

I saw one of those digital frames for the first time last week when our Rite Aid put one on display (and on sale for... I want to say about $70). I thought it was SO cool! A picture frame that displays a slide show of a bunch of different pictures. Wow!

The price has dropped quite a bit from last year. So maybe by next year they will be more affordable! Plus, I need a better scanner. I think I must have one of the original ones from way back! And all my photos of the kids are on film.

Now my wish list is:
A platter for every holiday/season to go on top of my china cabinet
AND
A digital frame

The only problem is, I'm the only one that shops for my wish list. Well, me and sometimes my mom. I rarely break down and spend money on myself... so, the wish list remains wishes for a LONG time.

Same here, although I rarely share my wish list so how can I expect DH to buy me something I want? :rotfl2: Years ago, when money was tight, he had a star named after me for a x-mas gift. I was soooo mad at him. Of all the things that we needed that was not it. I felt bad afterwords thou, he really did try to make me happy.

Look under the :rotfl: for the Real Answer.

And no, I don't have any of my hotwheels/matchbox cars anymore. :sad1:

Ooops, I thought the chevy Euro was what was in the box. I see, you bought a real one I think...what is a chevy euro, is it a Lumina?

Nice looking car, your going to enjoy it! Our local police force drove those for awhile. One good thing about living in FL, less or no rust on cars~

Hello Gang.

Hope your Christmas was cheery. We had a wonderful holiday here in Wild Wonderful West Virginia. Spent alot of time with family and enjoyed it (who knew).

Tomorrow is back to work day. So I'll get back to my routine.

I had a few hundred myself. I really liked my collection.

As for saving gas, I still plan on using my bicycle as my Main Transport. The car will be As Needed/as little as possible.

Good to have a back-up!

I'm off to bed. Catch ya's in the a.m.

life will get back to normal now that the 25th is behind us.

i'm so glad we did the ornabuddy exchange.
we have to do it again next year.

we all have something from our group that we can use next year on our tree.
creating memories is a good thing to do.

just have to figure out how to put that big blue ornament in a box to keep it safe. it is a biggie!

if anyone is interested we can do other exchanges during the year.
