Has anyone gotten a tag on the UO side? I thought Saturday nites/Sunday mornings was the best time to get tagged and on the CB (i got mine there on a Sat. nite a looooong time ago)

I remember Bad Company, from my HS days...the 1st band signed by The Beatles Apple records company (yes, i am a trivial pursuit geek lol).

they must have been @ the rib fest, we got C&W band @ festival...DH bought "do-rags" to wear under his helmet, DS got Simpsons collectibles, zip for me (i ordered a new pair of crocs - primas; more of a shoe) so i felt guilty lol.

tricia - we're not allowed to burn in our town, yet 50 feet over the boundary line from my house it's okay . My men must be savages...don't think they EVER check out which toothbrushes they grab (i hide mine)...you learn to adapt lol.

What guy wouldn't marvel at that? He can do his "business" and watch tv at the same time? I'm glad hubby didn't see this. He'd want a similar setup in our bathroom. I'd probably never see him again.

Where we are, we just have to call the Georgia Forestry Dept and get a "burn permit". Basically, you call them, they tell you "yes, it's okay to burn today" or "no, you can't burn today". If it is a "yes" day, you give them your name and 911 address... so if anyone calls with suspicion of fire in your area, they have your location listed as a "control burn".

When I was in the Atlanta 'burbs, burning on private property was banned years and years ago. It took me a long time for hubby to convince me that what we were doing here wasn't illegal.

yep! I often say that about Bubba....he spends a lot of time in his room (computer & tv) or the spare room (PS2) and the bathroom is just across the hall from those rooms. I always tell him, if you didn't need to eat, I'd never see you

watched yet another Travel Channel show over the weekend re PBH. Samantha Brown had one of the villa rooms with moveable shutters from the bathroom to the bedroom, said she was going to swing them open when she took her bath & watch the tube...wonder if you can?

I have spent the morning hauling my mom down to the closest DDS (that's Dept of Driver Services), which is 30 friggin miles away. She called me first thing this morning to tell me that she just realized that her license expires on her birthday (which is next week). "Couldn't you renew it by mail, Mom?" "Oh, I think they sent me something a few months ago, but I don't know where that is now." "Can we renew it online?" "I think I could request another renew by mail form, but it has to be 60 days before my birthday." Sigh. Oh, yeah... just how I wanted to spend my day.

I'm off to do some laundry before I have to go pick Joshua up from school.

Anyways, I posted a basic title, but as I add my days in, I'd like to change the title to include like "Updated - Day 1". I see other people do this all the time and can't figure out how. When I click "edit" on my first post, I can edit the post, but still not the title! Thanks!

Marcie.... Edit your post like you normally would, and click on "Go Advanced" (between the "SAVE" and "CANCEL")....then you should be able to see and edit the title
