BTW...I saw that someone in Hollywood decided to remake Friday the 13th? These studios need to stop recycling the old movies and come up with some original ideas.

Friday the 13th ... the kiddies here want to see it . That is the older two . I think DH is going to let them go . They love that stuff. ..NOT MOMMY I am a huge Chicken..

I have this head cold , sinus infection thing going on and it has wiped me out since Tuesday . Doctor said it could take a week to get better. YUCK
At least the two of the three kids will be home from school next week as they are CLOSED , No work either so maybe i can get some rest .

I always see the remakes even if the original was so great and had no room for improvement.

If I loved the theme and action of the original movie, I buy the tickets and go.

officer jer went to flick last night w/his buds, sez just okay & he's a fan Interesting tidbit, they r gambling sorts & had a wager as to how many nude scenes-winner had his tix reimbursed by the others, my boy sez it's always 4 in the series (wonder how he knows that ?) yes, he won lol. Didn't win this am when he returned to station lot & found tire flatter than pancake...guess who got tire duty? The shop found a roofing nail shoved in the side of the tire , bad karma to the perps, hope the security cameras pick the gutless wonders up!

all ended well though, have a good one...think lunch out may be in order

Sorry to burst your bubble but the remake of Nightmare on Elm Street is already in the works (by the same people who are behind this new F13). They even announced the director yesterday (some music video dude ). It's not going to involve Robert Englund either.

That doesn't make any sense! These movies are classics and IMO are being ruined by these stupid remakes. I guess it's easier to cash in on someone else's success instead of thinking up an original idea.

We're going to see hte movie tonight I can't help myself. I love horror and all things scary. I know the remakes are never as good as the originals, but I have to get my fix some where! My Bloody Valentine was great IMO for a remake.

What are everyone else's plans?

I LOVED the new R3 pics! Thank you so much for sharing!!! I am SOOOOOOOOO excited about riding this one and so is my DS. Has anyone heard what songs will be on it? Any new news about the video yet? We really hadn't planned on coming down this year, but..... I've got the bug very very badly.
