Hope everyone else got great stuff for Christmas . Looking forward to the new year . I am in the process of making the HHN or Las Vegas decision for next Oct. I so want to go to HHN for my DH and his 40th B-Day but we have never been to LV either and it seems like a good idea too . Going to wait and see how the money goes and see if there are any deals for either as it gets closer.

Oh, do HHN! Save Vegas for a non-celebration trip. That way you don't have the pressure of turning it into a perfect trip when you don't really know your way around, where you can make HHN a customized, perfect trip for a super birthday celebration. And on a selfish note, I'LL BE THERE IN 2009 FOR HHN.

Macadamia I think mac needs several ornaments/gifts. I can not believe she went out and mailed out an ornament & was out the expense to 2 day ship it right after she had surgery. She did not need to be out in her weather especially doing that. She definetly went above and beyond.

I couldn't agree more. I know someone here has her address. She wouldn't give it to me when I asked her if I could be her elf. If she is telling people not to release her address (which is perfectly acceptable) maybe someone with her address could receive late Christmas things on her behalf and send them to her. Remember, we are TINKS and we will work our magic, one way or another! So if you have her address and are willing to mail a present for me, send me your address in a PM. Thou shalt let us have joy by giving to you, Mac.

Congrats on your great deal! I really believe in listening to your gut. Not just the hunger growls, either. My gut has never let me down. Pulled me down (literally) during pregnancy, but never LET me down.

Bonny thanks for the key west photos .

I know that everyone thinks we should do HHN for DH's big 40 birthday but there is a HUGE problem . I am a BIG CHICKEN and don't really like the Horror in HHN .

I was thinking vegas or key west because these are both places we have never been . Vegas because we love our coasters and want to go on a coaster out there . Key West because we love the beach and well last time we went out of the country we didn't need a passport and in order to suprise him this is as close to the beach with warm weather we can get besides Hawaii (SP?) and I am not going there for a long weekend it is too far.

I had Mac's address but I think DH got rid of the box ... I will go look for you Tink .. I do know the garbage did go out last night and they did pick up already .. But I will still look ..

Off to do my returns today not looking forward to it but it needs to be done . I also have and a science project to work on . YUCK ..

How ya doing mac? This out of work thing is driving me crazy!!But on a positive note after new years I got a interview for the power plant..My nephew has been there 6yrs and his supervisor airboat just happen to break down.So I towed him in to the bar-boat ramp,had a pint toghether and names started to pop up.There is a position of security guard open!!So come Jan 5th at 8a.m. I'll be there with bells on!!

and when you do get another job, put your days in for vacation for columbus day weekend.
try to get thur and friday off......

DD has got the camera in her car and she is gone for the weekend(18yrs old)As soon as she gets back I will deff post a picture

As far as jobs,I love to have options!!But working at the plant would be awesome.Something I can retire from in 20yrs!!

Dont worry about next year we will deff be there..Would not miss it for nothing
