It's even colder now ... - 20F (with windchill something like -36F) ... we usually don't get these cold temps until early to mid-January

you are so lucky bonny.
you get all the cold weather and don't share with the rest of us.
particularly those in florida....

the only reason i am in the area now is due to work.
if it wasn't for that, i would be living in kentucky or tennessee right now.

they get cold and some snow but it is still enjoyable to go outside on those days there.

my family and friends thought i was nuts when i took a job transfer from the st louis area to go to chicago many years ago.
they said i would be back within a season.

anyhoot, we get cold weather here and just got to live with it as it isn't ever going to go away.

Bonny it is that cold there AHHH :scared1: Please don't send it this way . It is suppose to be a wopping 60 degrees here in NYC on Monday .:thumbsup2 Gotta love that . It won't last thought.

Busy here today went to Best Buy and they have to have the WORST customer service. It took over an hour to get a price adjustment and buy a few things. The line was huge too many customers and not enough people working the desk. Then I had to take DD Katie to AC Moore for a craft project she has due the end of the week . Then off to the usual Pathmark to buy food . Gotta get ready to bake some cookies for :santa: soon.

Need to get the kids ready for school :headache: . Yup not looking forward to another week of school and work :teacher: . Can't wait for Christmas break I think we have TEN DAYS OFF :yay: :woohoo: . But DS has a science project that needs to be done and well that will take 2 days as well as the holidays and then the one day we take to go into NYC it's self and see the tree and do some sightseeing like we don't really live here . :rotfl2: ;) .

Good night all :cloud9: .

Cannot believe tomorrow is Monday already! Where does the time go?

Well my fiance went to the Boat Show at the Javits Center today. He met (don't be jealous Tricia) John and Andy Hillstrand of the Time Bandit from the Deadliest Catch!!!!

I don't have the picture he took with them, but this is what he brought home:
