In Florida insuarance is a joke..
Its A No-Fault state..
Knock on wood,DW and I never been in one,knocking on wood again!!
But from what I understand,both parties involved in a crash can work it out or the hard way,let the insuarence duel it out..

The sytem S**** I can tell you..I guess the state thinks its cheaper this way,I dont know..But the time this ordeal Im going thru is over I'll be a pro at it...

Actually, it's been 10 WHOLE DAYS since we had any measurable snow (ie snow I had to shovel!). Of course it's been below zero most of that time, and although I'm getting sick of the cold, I'll take it any day over shoveling!

I havent seen snow since I was a kid(30 years ago), so It would be nice to have a snowball fight with Hayden and Garrison before they are too grown up.

And as of now, this week is going smoothly right now

Hayden has a girl now(Amy's best friend), Garrison got a call from the track coach moments ago saying that he is back on varsity for good and that he'll be doing the 400 or 800, 1 mile or 2 mile, long jump, and the 1600 relay

Here's my weather for tomorrow!

I live outside of Portland in the 10-16 inch area. Should be a fun commute home from work for everyone tomorrow night. Luckily I only work until 3:00 so I'll beat all the crazy drivers home.

How about State Farm's announcement today? I thought that was ridiculous! I have State Farm for the car but my homeowners is with Nationwide.

In case you missed it...In two years, State Farm will STOP writing any policies in Florida except for auto, life, health and financial services.

They will no longer write homeowners, renters or condo insurance policies. It seems they got pissed when the state said no to their 68% rate increase and decided to tuck tail and run with their lip stuck out.

Good night homies thought I would do a quick stop by cause we have a nasty ice storm and Mac we live not that far away but they are getting much worse than we are.
The 2 trees I have in our front yard has most of the limbs now sagging to the ground

they still are talking about paducah.

how far away are you from there?
i might be doing some genealogy research in that area this summer.

i'm sure all the towns where you are have been hit hard with the ice storms.
and there is not much that can be done for ice.
even the 4 wheel drives can't move on it.
