We adopted him from the ARL Thursday and he is getting used to his new home.

OMG look at that face!!!! What a cutie!!! I'm so glad to hear that you adopted He looks like a great addition to the family.

Adorable puppy, Brab!! I got Super Smash Bros. for Wii today. A lot of fun, but I've tried battling people over the Wi-Fi and I keep getting beat!! lol Practice makes perfect though!

So sorry to hear about DH's uncle and that always gets me too cause DW's dad died almost 4 years ago and he had military funeral and when they played taps and the 21 gun salute really got me

Can someone explain to me why people just insist on getting ripped off on this ebay thing were they think they can save hundreds on the already great price for the 7 day tickets at Universal and are people that eager to throw thier money away But anywho good afternoon homies

Hey, everybody! Trying unsuccessfully to ketchup after a week MIA.

Marcie, holy snow banks! The jacuzzi pic just made me cold. And the snow in the doorway - I hope you have food stored.

Brab, congrats on the new family member! Isn't housetraining just the funnest thing ever? He's a really cute booger. I'm glad you adopted! Hooray for rescuing pups and kitties!

We had a nice visit with MIL this last week. She got here Sunday night and left Friday.

She's 71, very sociable, and has a million stories.
Which she will tell you without stopping to take a breath.
Ever.
For six days.

We toured a restored plantation mansion one day with a nice young tour guide who majored in history. Everytime he said a sentence, it would remind her of something that she had seen traveling or had read about in books, and she would talk about that for several minutes. After about an hour of this, she interrupted him again and I started laughing, patting her on the arm, and said, "And I'm sure that would be very interesting if he didn't have so much to tell us about THIS place." She laughed, apologized, and kept right on talking. She really was a lot of fun, I just needed a rest for a few days after she left.

We had Valentine's Day early. MIL watched the boys on Wednesday while we went to see Taken. Great movie! Very disturbing, but SOOOO well done. Then we grabbed a quick bite to eat. On Saturday, we gave each other cards and candy, and gave the boys little gift bags and giant stuffed frogs. Lots of fun, and low key.

It is Family Day here in Ontario!! My DH and both DS's are working away in the basement!!!

I am packing for OUR trip!!!! Must do some then I can finish packing!!
