Something About Nothing............ #14

I just left the imaging center about 20 minutes ago. The results-

I have areas of calcifications that are not a concern. Another small area of calcifications they can’t fully determine, so they want to keep watch on it. I will have another mammogram in 6 months.

I am breathing a huge sigh of relief.

The imaging center has a basket full of these in the waiting room.

Charade, that is such good news. Keeping an eye on it is reassuring and understandable given the family history, but happy to hear it`s a good result.

I hope your derm appointment goes well and you get some help!!!

Yes, it's sad that is the best solution most of the time. We've done that option too, but not happily

And the dog's name is Molly? Robin's dog is named Molly that's why I remembered. I love dogs, especially if they are as well behaved as that Molly was. I think it's interesting that dogs avoid your dining room. They seem to have better senses than we do. I wonder why the dining room????

9 more days now. Yea! That's no time at all now:)

Mardi gras would be fun at Universal. Let us know if you get to go!

Yes, it sounds like carbon monoxide poisoning, which is horrible. At first, I thought it was murder and suicide. Very sad indeed.

Charade I'm so glad for your good news. I have to have a mammo every year due to fibrocystic breast disease and they always check out the calcification. They are very careful to keep an eye on those things, for which I am grateful. So happy for you:)

Pumpkin: I love shopping trips where you have nothing in mind and just look for good deals. I like thrifting too with my daughter. Those trips are such fun with laughter and good food too!

Robo, you are so lucky to be able to spend the day at the KSC. I've never been but it is on my bucket list. I enjoyed your pictures of the KSC, thank you:)

A hello to Lynne and Mac!!!!

I just got my Long hair cut this AM, and I love it. It hits at my jaw line and is layered all over. I got it cut just in time for another cold spell! Oh well, it's that time of year for schizophrenic weather.
Doing laundry now and looking out at the snow under my clothesline, sigh..... I can't wait til I can get out and hang things in the fresh air. Of course, with the thaw out comes the bears out of hibernation.
I hope that this year they don't decide to roam in our yard all summer, like last year. That was no fun. Usually, they wander through looking for food in the Spring and then don't come back. If they find food, they will recheck. We didn't put bird seed out in the spring last year, but they were a nuisance anyway!

Have a good week everyone and keep warm! (except for those lucky ones who live in the warm climates, lol)

ruth

lol, yes, she`s called Molly and Robin`s dog is Molly too?? She is so well behaved, our home is not exactly dog friendly, but my friends do bring their dogs occasionally. Only one really reacts to the dining room, Poppy the springer spaniel, they also have her brother George and Kaiser the large German Shepherd who is part guard dog. Poppy will growl and be weird, but the other two aren`t as reactive. Who knows lol.....not sure I want to find out why, but it doesn`t bother me.

Happy new haircut!!! Yes, it does give you a boost getting a new style, I do like my shorter hair after having it longer for so many years.

Tom put out my washing lines a few days ago, I did hang out my first washing of the year yesterday, the sun was gorgeous, but still too cold for it to dry properly, so finished it in the dryer, but like you, I love getting the washing dry on the line. Although we don`t need to worry about bears at least!!!

Admit to loving the 1st generation of Pokémon, youngest DS still has his charzard card in hand, surprised he hasn’t sold it by now. Does have big collection of various genres, his man cave is stuffed with his various collections…it was inevitable, in our genes lol

Bought 2 doz eggs today “on sale” for $5 a dozen. Like hitting the lottery! Lol

I say that every time a beloved pet passes. Have always opened up our hearts to one that needs a home, will call it destiny.

That’s a profitable hobby to have! I stalked for a decent deal on that secret bonus cruise for the mr’s BD. Had almost given up and veered to Myrtle Beach instead. Looking forward to it.

Love The Animals, House of the Rising Sun has been a favorite since I was a kid and heard that “new” to me, such a soulful, bluesy sound on the car radio one day. Never looked back :)

Shocking

So happy for you!

The owner called my DH yesterday who “conveniently” missed the call. Lol. We all laughed, as he knows how forgiving my DH is. I’m his pit bull, somebody has to play “bad cop”.

All good, let’s just say he saw the light, we are square. To think that little um shoot as a kid, would sat at my table and eat me out of homemade cookies. Hmmph

Me too, hadn’t heard otherwise. Guilty as charged tho, you mind does tend to go there in these times.

Nice! You are blessed with such lovely, thick hair. Absolutely perfect for that sort of style. I do think once women get to a certain age that longer, straight hair does tend to date them. Meanwhile, a bob seems made for them. Wish my hair was thick enough to layer, file that under grass is always greener…

Mac - I give credit to those who are brave enough to travel solo. Have never had an issue finding family to come along, fact that it’s all usually on my dime probably sweetens that pot lol

Can’t say I’m comfortable with even flying by myself. I’ve always been surprised there isn’t a thread here, a consolidated sort for U & WDW, where people interested in meeting up with others the parks can post their dates and make plans via PM.

Glad you got it sorted, but must leave a nasty sting given the connection to him. I did laugh at you being the bad cop lol....we swap being bad cop depending on what it`s concerning, he is better at it though than I am.

I always thought your hair was layered, it always sits so nicely!! Agree, longer hair does age one and lack of colour or the wrong colour does the same. I don`t think I`ll grow mine too long again.

Long day today and I am glad it’s almost over. This morning I dropped my car at the shop for an oil change and brake flush. Dh and I had breakfast at waffle house and then went to Walmart so he could buy some shorts for our trip. I’m a little annoyed at him. He had plenty of shorts from our last trip but donated them all to charity. He seems to need shorts every time we take a trip. Next we spent a little over 2 hours at the imaging center. That was fun (insert sarcasm here), but at least the results were good. Then we went to the running store so dh could get a new pair of shoes. I hope he has time to break them in before the trip. We then went to the mall where I did a little shopping while dh went back to the running store to get his phone that he had left. Finally home and I was going to take a nap, but the mechanic called and said my car was ready. Dh dropped me off at the auto shop and he went to the gym. I tried to nap when I got home, but couldn’t fall asleep. When dh got back from the gym we all went to dinner. After dinner I did some stitching while we watched North By Northwest. I fell asleep during the movie, so now I am wide awake again.

Very sad indeed. I hope their family is able to get some answers soon.

I hate this roller coaster weather. I never know what season to keep in my closet.

I had finally gotten comfortable flying by myself, but the plane crashes this year are making me nervous again.

Sounds like a fun, summer cut. I hope the weather warms up soon for you. I am way overdue for a haircut.

Caspian slept through the movie and now thinks it is play time. This may be a long night.

Crikey you did have a busy day!! Tom is simple buying shorts, four pairs of the same colour and he`s done!! I wish my clothes shopping was as easy.

I love North by Northwest, that alongside Strangers on a Train and Marnie are three of my favourite movies. Hope you got back to sleep though.

I could have chatted to Charade during the night, our milkman woke us up around 2.30, very early for them as it`s usually around 5/5.30 they deliver and once I heard them I couldn`t get back over. They had a different vehicle and it was incredibly noisy!! Tom went down and brought in the milk, 30 eggs, two of their butters and cream, but couldn`t fall over!

So, hoping to get through the day without a nap, it`s going to be far too nice to do that.

One of our Goddaughters is home so driving over to see her at her parents house and one of my nieces is stopping over tonight on her way to London, bit of a detour for them but she seemed keen to do it, it`s been a good week for seeing loved ones.

Early poached egg on toast this morning, already on my third cuppa, it`s a chilly one again so still wearing the winter coat, hat and scarf until further notice it seems. After seeing the Goddaughter we`ll pick up some steaks from the butcher as we have my niece and her partner for dinner, they`re not staying with us though, leaving around 7.

And that`s Friday!!

It is lovely seeing that sunrise getting earlier and so pretty, definite signs spring is close!!

Have a lovely Friday :)

i-4KDMV47-S.jpg

It is so cold out there, but one of the brightest and sunniest days we`ve had for ages! Absolutely beautiful sunshine and behind the windows it is lovely, you can really feel the heat from it, but so chilly out there, the frost was quite vivid this morning.

Had a lovely day, my goddaughter is thriving in London, she is progressing nicely in her career as Consultant. She was always going to go into medicine in some way, nice to see her home for a short break though.

My niece isn`t going to make it after all, traffic delayed them, so they`re heading straight to London for their overnight before they fly to Japan.

So, steaks just for us tonight, doing chunky triple fried chips, salad and will make up some coleslaw and rustle up a pepper sauce for the side. Then a movie night I think, going to have an early night as we didn`t sleep well last night, blaming the milkman for that!!

Cuppa tea time for us :)

Dinner tonight is going to be Salisbury steak, mashed tatters and roasted asparagus.
LOL, that's what we had 2 nights ago and had enough for left overs! Didn't have asparagus though but we had creamed corn. Roger loves that meal and it's easy to fix, so a win-win!
Getting excited as I took Friday off of work and I'm flying to see my family this weekend. It will be a girls weekend. Even my nieces will be at my sister's this weekend. So we are looking forward to that.
It sounds like a fun girls weekend with family:)
Bought 2 doz eggs today “on sale” for $5 a dozen. Like hitting the lottery! Lol
Wow, that is a deal! I paid 9 dollars for 18 count at Walmart yesterday. We use a lot of eggs and I bit the bullet and just paid it! So 5 dollars sounds like a good deal to me.
I say that every time a beloved pet passes. Have always opened up our hearts to one that needs a home, will call it destiny.
Our precious pet bichon, Scruffy, has been gone for years now and we still have not been able to adopt another dog. We just talked about it yesterday and Roger told me to go ahead and check at the Bichon site that I make doggie blankets for those who adopt them. I enjoy making those little doggie quilts. They have a list of dogs waiting to be adopted. They are a great organization and they take in all the bichons they can, do surgery on them with a volunteer surgeon, make sure they are ready for adoption. I'm still thinking about it. I don't know why I'm hesitant?
Can’t say I’m comfortable with even flying by myself.
I won't fly by myself anymore. I tend to get mixed up in our large airport in Minneapolis. Also, you need to use your phone for most things now, which adds to the confusion for me. I have an eager travel companion in Robin. She said today she would go with me on my next trip to Universal, so I am going to start planning it:)
Caspian slept through the movie and now thinks it is play time. This may be a long night.
I think I'm in love with Caspian - he's such a rascal:)
lol, yes, she`s called Molly and Robin`s dog is Molly too?
Molly is really Stephen's dog that he bought for hunting. I can't think of the name of her breed, but she is some kind of setter. She is nearly 13 y/o now and slowing down so she stays in the house now and gets pampered:) She was attacked by a pack of wolves last summer while she was out with Stephen (soninlaw) in their woods. She wandered away from him and he heard her terrible screaming and ran to her. He scared the wolves away, but not before some damage was done. She had deep gashes around her stomach and hurt her hip. She is healed now, but it was a very close call. They do have bears, wolves, and even think they saw a mountain lion.
Tom put out my washing lines a few days ago, I did hang out my first washing of the year yesterday,
I am so jealous right now!!!!! I will be waiting til April or May before I can do that.
Although we don`t need to worry about bears at least!!!
Yep, you are lucky. I hope they don't hang around all summer like last year. We had to be very careful when going out in the yard, and I couldn't even walk our path in our woods because of fear of meeting up with one of those bears.
I could have chatted to Charade during the night, our milkman woke us up around 2.30,
My, that is way too early for that. I get grumpy if anyone wakes me up.
So, hoping to get through the day without a nap, it`s going to be far too nice to do that.
I hear you - hope you get some rest.
Had a lovely day, my goddaughter is thriving in London,
What a nice visit with your goddaughter. I know you said she was thinking about a career in Medicine:)

Well I had good intentions of catching up on some dusting and house cleaning today, BUT my dear daughter wanted to know if I wanted to go to town with her!!! Of course:) That means that we would shop and eat out. I treasure those times with Robin, so it was an easy decision to go out.
Now I am lazy and on the computer, lol. I ended up buying 6 books! 3 of them are Nicolas Sparks so I hope they are good.

We've had wonderful warmer weather, until Today! 20's with winds of 25 to 35 MPH with gusts of over 50 MPH! Very cold trip to town and it didn't do my new hairdo any good either:)
Two more days of this then back to 40 and 50's! The snow is starting to melt and we can't help but to think of Spring:)

Have a great weekend everyone:)

Good luck with the doggie decision, those are cute little puppies for sure!

Let planning commence!!! It is lovely you can travel with your daughter.

I wonder if you`re thinking of my goddaughters sister? My Goddaughter has been working as a consultant (junior) in a London hospital for nearly a year now, her younger sister graduates in May and is going to work in pharmaceuticals, her degree is Biophysics. She has been offered several positions, has already turned one down as it`s in America and she knows she wouldn`t get a lot of vacation time, she does like to travel too!! She said she didn`t want to wait till she`s worked for 100 years before she gets six weeks off!!! So, it`s lovely she has several offers to consider.

Poor Molly!! That must have been terrifying, glad she was ok. Bears, wolves and mountain lions.....oh my!!! I was thinking of you as I was hanging my washing out lol.....yes, love being able to hang it all out again.

lol....I don` t mind being up very early, done it for years, but 2.30 was ridiculous!! The milkman did send everyone a txt to apologise for their noisy truck, so I`m guessing they got some complaints.

Of course spending time with your daughter is far more important than housework!! And being on the computer can be very, very educational, it`s surprising what you can learn on it at times, that`s my reasoning and I`m sticking to it ::yes::

Spring is close Ruth......March 1st today, surely it can`t be far away now!! Stay warm and cosy till then :)

::yes:: I love that meme........I can be innapropriate (I`m often told that) and full of fun, so since you insisted....will let Tom know so he`s prepared 😉

Love the sound of that chicken!!! Although those darn devil green beans again....lol......

We are fortunate to see family/friends and their kids often, would be lost without them. We were disappointed not to see my niece and her partner as I didn`t get to see her at Christmas and she`s missing mum`s 90th as they`ll still be in Japan, but will catch her next time.

I`m making Teriyaki Chicken for tomorrow`s evening dinner, Kyle is coming over and requested it, so it shall be made, bought some noodles, lo mein style as he eats a lot of rice at home, nice for a change. I will say he is running a half marathon tomorrow morning, it`s a couple of hours away so I thought he wouldn`t bother coming by time he gets home and changed, but he laughed and said it was only 13 miles!!!!! Amazing.

Good luck with that Monday check over, hope you pass!

We did go to bed really early last night after watching the first PoTC....love those movies, and slept like rocks, didn`t get up till after 8 this morning which was lovely. The sun is bursting through again today, going to be a gorgeous day.

I think we`ll head out a walk this afternoon, want to get a few jobs done this morning, including those bliddy huge Bi fold doors in our kitchen, I wish our window cleaner did the insides too!

Poached eggs done, lots of tea, no idea what`s for lunch and dinner will be steak again, hardly a complaint, filet for me and T-Bone for Tom, I may steal a little of his too.

I`m expecting a package today hopefully, mum`s little tiara I have ordered, not sure what she`ll think of it but she will wear it since I bought it, it`s quite small and not too obvious, everyone thought it was a good idea.

But, retired or not, who doesn`t love the weekend.....it`s Saturday!!!!

I am awake way too early today. Hopefully I will be able to get back to sleep soon. Fortunately I don’t have anything I have to do this morning.

Yesterday was a mostly lazy day, but last night was trivia night at my church. It’s a fundraiser for the youth summer mission trip. My group didn’t do very well, but we had a lot of fun.

Oops. Forgot quotes.

I love North by Northwest, that alongside Strangers on a Train and Marnie are three of my favourite movies. Hope you got back to sleep though.
I still haven’t seen Marnie. I need to see if one of our streaming services has it available.

It is lovely seeing that sunrise getting earlier and so pretty, definite signs spring is close!!
We move clocks forward while we are on vacation. I can’t wait to have more light in the evening again.

I like keisha’s idea of maybe fostering first.

I think I'm in love with Caspian - he's such a rasca
You might change your mind if you had been with him yesterday morning. About 4:45 he jumped on me and woke me from a good sleep. Then he walked around to my other side and did it again.

Charade my husband hasn't bought an article of clothing for himself since I met him When I do find something he likes, buy multiples lol
I will not buy clothes for him. I will occasionally buy a tee shirt for his birthday or Christmas, but he is on his own for everything else. I just get annoyed when he gets rid of something that should be saved and used for the next trip.

It’s almost 7:00. I am going to try to purchase a couple of lightning lanes and then try to go back to sleep.

Are you ever going to get moving? DH asked about an hour ago. Um. Maybe.

Kids left a while ago, as went to hunt Pokémon, with 123 others, all meeting in our local park for a drop of whatever characters they are all seeking. Not too bad weather for them. Gusty and 54. High 57, so not bad at all. But those winds are bringing in a much cooler next two days. Full days of sun, they are saying those next two days. Yeah, and highs temps are 34 and 37 degrees. Overnight will be 18 and 21. Sigh. Still not ready to turn the heater off yet.

Yay for Charade’s trip right around the corner now. We traveled when the time advanced, last year. When our flight was so delayed, we arrived at the hotel at 3 am that Sunday, not the 2 am that it felt like, and not at the 3:30 pm it should have arrived. Glad we had a room to go straight to, as mouse gave us our room number news while still at our home airport.

Eh, shower is calling. Hope all enjoy this weekend, the first one in March.

Ooh that Cardinal bird is back singing away this late morning.

RIP to this Hot, Hot, Hot innovator (New York dolls & a great role as a hit man in Tales From the Darkside movie)

It's snowing again here today at least ground too warm for it to stick

The Mr cooked breakfast this AM jr stopped by on way to somewhere or other. I was planning on a bowl of strawberry special K cereal

Did the slicing & dicing of ingredients for chicken fried rice later. Haven't made in ages

Again, wound up with another big blister from the nitro freezing at the dermatologist Finally, starting to drain ew glad I picked up large bandaids Not complaining, just so gross, looked like a jelly fish attached itself to my arm lol

I'm of the mind that the element of surprise keeps them on their toes

Go dog go! Hope it's not too cold
I`m expecting a package today hopefully, mum`s little tiara I have
She will love it
My group didn’t do very well, but we had a lot of fun.
And that makes you all winners!

Where's that countdown?
he is on his own for everything else
Oh, if you could've seen the clothes my husband brought into my house. Neat & clean, just most were non-descript, grandpa type clothes. He was happy to get a new wardrobe & Goodwill had a nice donation

Kids left a while ago, as went to hunt Pokémon, with 123 others
Happy hunting to them. Was big here during pandemic, no idea it still was a thing. They got into trouble here, especially re water Pokémon, had people going into commercial & industrial properties...I.e. trespassing

I love Marnie, Sean Connery is a little wooden in it, but apart from that, amazing movie.

I think our clocks don`t go forward till March 30th this year, which is also our UK Mother`s Day this year, it`s later than usual.

Hope you got back to sleep!!!

Oh no....the Ghost of Christmas Past in Scrooged!!!! He was fabulous in that role, how sad he`s passed and he wasn`t that old either. I had no idea half the things he had done in his career till I read up on him and sad ending for a wonderful man. I hadn`t heard he had died.

Yep, weather looks good for him up there, sun will be shining and not too cold, he`s not out to break any records as it`s only 8 weeks to the first marathon of the year, but he`ll enjoy it.

Tiara never came, got a txt I had a refund from them as it`s not going to be back in stock, might just order one off of Amazon. Annoying as it was very pretty, but loads to choose from on Amazon.

And yep again, always like to surprise my husband now and again.....he wins though as he comes up with better surprises than I do usually lol....love it though!!! Always glad to know our husbands still want to make an effort ❤️

Avoid that snow!!

We had such a nice day!!! It was chillier than expected but lovely all the same, walked on the promenade and it was mobbed!!! We much prefer our early morning walks, less crowded and once the weather improves, we`ll be back out there early mornings.

Had an ice cream too along the way as the seasonal places will be opening up soon, two opened today and one has amazing local ice cream, I had black cherry flavour and Tom had chocolate chip, both lovely.

Dinner was nice, now about to settle down with PoTC 2 with some pineapple, cranberry and lemonade to drink. Hard to beat some Capt Jack Sparrow!!!

Uneventful day today. I did finally get back to sleep after I purchased our lightning lanes. I only purchased them for 2 rides.

Our flight leaves around 3:30 so I am hoping for no delays. I did the online check in but I still like to stop by the front desk when I get in.

RIP to this Hot, Hot, Hot innovator (New York dolls & a great role as a hit man in Tales From the Darkside movie)
I hadn’t heard this news. This is what, the fourth celebrity this week?

Where's that countdown?
I haven’t been posting every day. I don’t want it to get annoying. We leave in 7 days.

Dh is currently watching a documentary about Winston Churchill. I’m going to go find something else to watch.

Good Sunday morning everyone

Great pictures. I would like to go back there someday. It's been about 22 years.
Thank you. KSC is so different and has changed a lot over the years.

If you are like me, you will do a quick dance while singing the song, Take this job and shove it.
I remember this song so well. One of my cousins who played the guitar loved to sing it.

Getting excited as I took Friday off of work and I'm flying to see my family this weekend. It will be a girls weekend. Even my nieces will be at my sister's this weekend. So we are looking forward to that.
Hope you had a great time on your girl weekend.

I have areas of calcifications that are not a concern. Another small area of calcifications they can’t fully determine, so they want to keep watch on it. I will have another mammogram in 6 months.

I am breathing a huge sigh of relief.
Glad to hear it was nothing major and they are going to keep a watch on it. I know you are relieved.

I can remember my mom hanging the sheets out on the line after she had washed them. They smelled so good.

Again, wound up with another big blister from the nitro freezing at the dermatologist Finally, starting to drain ew glad I picked up large bandaids Not complaining, just so gross, looked like a jelly fish attached itself to my arm lol

Hope your arm heals up soon.

pannetone french toast

I make pannetone French toast during Christmas time when it is available. It is so good.

Sun is up this morning. Already been out to the store to pick up a few things.

Going to make a nice breakfast once hubby gets up.

Went up to Universal for a short trip to enjoy Mardi Gras. Had a nice time.

The first day was rainy. It will usually rain in morning and no rain in afternoon or visa versa, but it rained all day and into the evening. Next two days it was wonderful weather.

Did enjoy some Mardi Gras food and parade. Did some shopping for birthdays.

I did have a nice lunch at the Boathouse to celebrate my birthday. We are on the continued birthday celebration here which is nice.

My two friends and I are going to go out for a nice lunch to celebrate all our birthdays together. We did that last year and it was fun. I have their gifts ready. I found some pretty beads for tropical bracelets and I’am going to get those made before our lunch out to add to their gifts.

I took lots of photos on my Mardi Gras trip and started a trip report.

I hear hubby moving so I will get a nice Sunday breakfast started for my sweetheart.

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone doing whatever makes you happy.

I’d like to think we’ve gotten our last snow last week…enough already lol

My sauce has been simmering all day, meatballs just went into it. Smells divine. One of my DS already here, asking when it’s ‘soup’. Soon, will cook the spaghetti and smaller amount of penne. Not sure if anyone wants a salad or not. Might let the mr have at that.

He saw a piece of cake on tv last night and sighed lol. Just done icing an easy butter cake for him, might just have to have a thin slice myself.

I’m looking forward to watching the Oscar preshows tonight. Always fun to see the beautiful gowns and hairdos. will grab a bowl of popcorn & the pooch and hunker down in bedroom, as nobody else here has any interest in it.

Oh no....the Ghost of Christmas Past in Scrooged!!!!
I had forgotten he was in that
but loads to choose from on Amazon.
Yes, as much as I have a love-hate relationship with them (taking over the retail world & all), they do always tend to come through
I hadn’t heard this news. This is what, the fourth celebrity this week?
Yes, struck me rather odd
I don’t want it to get annoying. We leave in 7 days.
No chance of that, we are a community. We are here to celebrate (& commiserate) with each other.

Belated :bday: wishes Robbie, yes, it`s always nice to stretch out a celebration!!!

Janet, sadly with the time difference I miss it all live, but I will be watching the highlights tomorrow, the outfits are always something to behold. Food and your evening ahead sounds like a plan!! Yes, I`d be the only watching it here too.

We just had the same discussion about Amazon, we much prefer to shop local where we can, but sometimes needs must.

I`m not quite sure where this day has gone!

Proud of Kyle, he did well in the half marathon and thinks he`s in good shape for the first marathon of the year in April. He made it here around 4ish and not long gone, had a nice dinner and a good old chatter before he headed home.

It`s still chilly here, but this week it may get milder, I hope, however flowers are appearing and the buds are starting to appear on the fruit trees which is so nice to see around us. We did find a few jobs to do around the garden, but little jobs, I`m not allowed to do much as I usually destroy any plants I touch!

But, it was just too chilly to do much out there, so moved some books around to another room and reorganised some of our kitchen cabinets, will forget where I moved things to now!

Monday tomorrow, volunteering in the morning then might walk on the promenade after lunch as it should be warming up by then, hopefully!!

But, for tonight, time for a cuppa and I want a slice of that cake Janet has!!!!

Mr Mac and I went out for a late lunch today, well it was more like 3:00 and then just drove around at Look Out mountain to pass some time.

I don’t have to be concerned about dinner tonight as he will finish up our bbq ribs later tonight.

Am looking for warmer weather this week.
It’s not bad here but prefer higher temperatures.
A month from now will whine about the heat…..lol.

I clicked the wrong keys and lost the chit chat I had posted….
I absolutely hate when I lose when I write long posts in this thread.

Usually I just blame the cat when I lose things I have written in the sans.

Will leave the light on for anyone that stops by here later tonight.
