Someone with dexterity, I need help getting a shirt back to normal!

I bought a couple tank tops that have another tank top sewn inside, creating a layered look. Well, I just pulled one out of the dryer and aaaaaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhh!!!! I can't get it back to the way it's supposed to be. It's all twisted up! I've been trying for 30 long minutes to put this shirt back together, and I'm almost ready to just toss the thing out.

Any advice?

Hold by the shoulder seams at the top, then snap it out in front of you. Not perfect, but it should get you to the point of ironing! I have a tank top like that too. I love the way it looks, but I hate the upkeep!
