Someone tell me about Catch a Flav Icecream at DCA

We've never tried this icecream but someone posted a pic not too long ago and it looked so cool with blue swirls!

What are the flavors? Are there different sizes or just one? How much are they?

And what was your favorite?

This is the new thing we'll try this time. We try to do something new each trip!

I can't believe we missed out on this when we were there in July! I'd get bubblegum, I LOVE bubblegum flavored ice cream, but hate the gum pieces in it.

Orange tastes like a dreamsicle! YUUUUUM! And butter pecan is very carmeliscious. Those are the only 2 I've tried, and they were both awesome.

And lemon! Lemon is yummy!! I don't even know if I've tried any other flavors

I've seen that place a hundred times and never stopped there. Seeing the list I just might have to when we're there in Dec. I'd like to try the lemon or butter pecan. I usually use my ice cream calories for the Dole Whips.

Hi Mandi! Good to see you on here. We try something different each time we go but we are really running out of stuff to do! Been so many times, I guess. We even did the canoes last trip and the drawing lesson in the Animation building.

I thought we'd try this icecream. My kid will probably love it! Only other things we haven't done is the character meals (have done Goofy's and the princess one a few years back) and the more expensive restaurants- Napa Rose, and the Steakhouse. Well we've never stayed at any of the Disney resorts. We'd love to do that but it has to be a smokin' deal for us to bite. Always just stayed across the street on Harbor.

We are just doing a one day pass with the Trick or Treat party next week. This was a spur of the moment trip and we don't want to spend too much so we are keeping it short and spending the extra time in San Diego.

I love the orange! As someone else said...it does taste like a creamsicle. My son got the chocolate and it was ok, but not as good. It was more a hershey's syrup than a hot fudge kind of chocolate.

My family and I love Catch a Flav, I really like the Butter Pecan. My kids liked the bubblegum and grape, can't wait to get back and get some more.

We have done this once, none of us loved it. We enjoyed it but it wasn't something we must have.
DD9 did the cotton candy
DD13 did the strawberry (I think)
I had chocolate
and DBF did the pecan one
It was good, but like I said not something we have to have every time. We did decide that next time we will get 2 and share, they are HUGE!!!!!!!!!

Love the butter pecan! This is a must for me, even though it seems so simple. And the portions are huge.
