Someone please tell me what a tag fairy is!

Under people's avatars you will sometimes see lines written that are in colour. They are bestowed to people by the tag fairy for something that they have written in a thread. The Tag Fairy lurks in the background at various times and watches what is going on in certain threads, and then if you are worthy (in he/she eyes) you become tagged! You never know when it will happen.

And bribing the tag fairy does not work. I should know I tried and still no tag.
