I'm OK with it. It's a business decision. Maybe they need to give some of those guys an incintive to stay with the Saints.

Also, I agree with those who've said that not everyone on the team makes the money that the big star players make.

There may be more to it than this, but if what a rookie makes, even comes close to what one of their minor (if that's even the right word) players makes, then I'd say they're not doing too bad.

Edited to add, that La.'s economy is on par (if not worse than) with Texas' and $200k a year is a very good salary, especially to start out with.
