Not sure which one they got into first, but this is going to be a pain. First off, no "real person" customer service for hotmail. We have to wait for tech support to e-mail me back which could take days. E-mailed them just now. DH e-mailed Facebook yesterday (why he did that instead of hotmail is beyond me since once she has e-mail, she can hopefully get into Facebook). This happened sometime on 11/29 or 11/30. I'm just so mad.
Anyone with any words of wisdom that would help? Not to sound crabby (cause I am), but if you can't help don't make comments about passewords and such because we are past that.
