so explore it, enjoy it and trust in it! For anyone who is suffering from any kind of major disease, never surrender your soul and spirit to it.. There is an Angel smliling down on you!

Amen!

I am so thankful for the good health enjoyed by me and my family. I try to never take it for granted. And I pray that if our situation ever changes, I will handle it with your grace as you!

I dont even think it's 'sometimes' - I think it's everyone, everyday, all the time. Dont take anything for granted.

Which is part of the reason I can justify going to WDW for a suprise for my son, just 107 short days after being there. We only live once, and he WILL be thrilled. :teeth:

Thanks MsDisney!

I've always been glad for being alive and enjoying Disney. It's even more true since I broke my neck (went to Disney World a little over two weeks after getting out of the hospital) and a few months later had a two emergency brain surgeries (went to Disney World exactly two weeks after getting out of the hospital). I'm 100% back to normal and I think those Disney trips had something to do with it.

Be thankful for each day. You woke up this morning. I lost eight friends last year due to various illnesses. Disney does help get us through the rough times. Better days are ahead.

Thank you, Kitty. We can't be reminded of this too often. Hug your love ones often and never be embarrassed to tell someone you love them. Leave this world with as few regrets as possible!

I hear you! I have a child with a high risk, life threatening , fatal illness. We make every day count.

God Bless you

You are SO right!! I thank God every single day that I wake up and see that not only am I still breathing, my very sweet, very blessed DS10 is still here with me. He's been through a lot (kidney transplant at 7 yrs old after several years of dialysis). I truly feel blessed.

There are many people on the DIS I would like to meet, there are only a few I truly admire. You are one of them, MsDisney23. Your attitude is an inspiration.

What a neat post! You are so right!
We are taking my 73 year old Mother in law to the world again, her 2nd trip in 10 months.
She's having a heart cath the Wednesday after we get back and she said to me this weekend
"I am buying a Mickey watch, a photo album and whatever else I see that I want. This will probably be my last trip to the world and I'm going all out."
What an attitude to have and I can't wait to see the joy on her face again! :goodvibes

Thank you MsDisney23! I so love your attitude! :goodvibes I really needed to hear that today. I suffer with Lyme Disease and there are days (like most of last week) when I just want to give up because I just don't know what else to do, especially when my expensive medical treatments aren't working and my symptoms get so severe to the point that I think I am going to die. . .But I won't give up and I will keep fighting until I have licked this nasty disease!

The mind-body connection is so powerful. My symptoms almost completely disappear whenever I am in Disney. If that can happen, than I can certainly be completely healthy again one day!

Thank you so much for the inspiration!
