Yesterday was my official first day of marathon training with a plan by @DopeyBadger. Plan has me running 5 days most weeks, some 6 days. I am slow, so cumulative fatigue will help train my legs.
There will be plenty of us out there.My goal for the marathon is to finish without feeling like I want to die. I will definitely be looking for run/walking buddies from Team Not-So-Fast.![]()
