Somehow logged in during site maintenance, all my points gone

Are anyone of you able to access the Membership magic beyond section of the website after login?

I can only access it before login not after. Its as if the page does not exists.

Maybe it's just me because I'm international - however I was able to buy MMB in the first place and it always worked. So figured its either another website error or my because of my account.

I'm not sure of the site you are referring to.

It shows I'm an active member when I go to https://disneyvacationclub.disney.go.com/membership-magic-beyond/dashboard/

I got there after logging in to the normal DVC Login and hovering over offers & benefits and clicking on the first link

I am new so my impression is that the reservation system is a mess

There is often a big mess with the DVC website after a scheduled maintenance. Also randomly it can be glitchy. Most of the time it works well.

I can only see the page if I’m not signed in. Signing in gives me an ordinary 404 error - page can’t be found.

Just checked and it is working for me this morning. But all other area of the site are also working for me too it seems.

I just tried AGAIN and now it shows the page.
Guess there were some issue before but they must be resolved since it’s working at.

Were you thinking that maybe they found you out and were going to revoke your MMB? I know thats what I would have been thinking

Yeah or at least they would have stopped me from opting in again if they decided to offer it again.

I have an issue now where I can’t modify a reservation because it’s saying that I have no points remaining in that contract to do so and wants me to borrow, when the modification requires fewer points than what is currently used. I called MS yesterday and they said that it would take TWO WEEKS to get this sorted out. Meanwhile, I needed to book the room for the 13th so there goes that.

Seems I have the same issue - Were you able to get MS to modify for you or still no luck?

I tried to borrow points and went all the way through to the last page before confirming, then re-decided and went back by clicking back.

Then at the calendar page I tried to re-book and at the contract page I saw that my points had already been borrowed

It would not even give me the option to select those contracts to borrow from so I couldn't even get that far.

My BWV contracts are in an Aug UY and my 2024 year is not showing. It just starts with 2025, but it should show 0 points for 2024. Similar issue for my VGF contracts as those have a Feb UY and the 2025 year is not showing.

MS said that the support team could see that the borrowed points wasn’t actually borrowed but they were in a limbo (word that was used) and should return to their UY within 24 hours.

As for my reservation MS said that they would hold the dates for me.

I ensured to get a chat transcript as documentation for both claims.

So does this mean MS can't even modify a reservation to one that is fewer points? It's not just a website issue? If so....wow.....

They couldn’t.
When you try to modify, the system shows that the current reservation cost 0 points. Any modification would be more than 0 points and since I only had 1 point left I nor MS couldn’t do anything

Anyone care to guess when the next website maintenance will be?
My bet is soon, very soon.

With all the errors and all the lacking performance DVC will have to do something.

Btw I’ve rented a few reservation which are still in the 2024 UY and those I can’t even modify I get the dwarfs.

I feel lucky then because I was able to modify yesterday a one night trip to fewer points…

Funny thing is that I can actually modify the guests for the first time on a reservation I made back in November. It would always show me the Dwarfs if I tried to Modify it (couldn't even get to the screen). So I guess they fixed something....lol.

Mine is still locked to the name but allows me to change the address for all parties including Adult 1.

They said it will take two weeks. It’s not right. We are guaranteed access to our points. I might call in and nicely nudge them a little on this.
