We used to have fish, not coi, but regular goldfish. They grew really really big. Eventually they didn't make it through one of the winters we had. We never replaced them. We do have a resident frog though. He comes back year after year.

DH trimmed one of the bushes to look like Mickey's Head. Maybe he should go into topiaries . . . I don't know what it is called . . .but it is a DH original . . .

Such nice pictures! My impatiens aren't thriving again this year, but at least they haven't died, yet. I don't think our Ohio soil is good for them, but yours look wonderful!
