Some very quick questions!

Hi everyone, I'm starting to get mega excited now that our trip is getting closer! Just trying to sort some final bits and pieces out today!
Does anyone have an idea how long it will take us to get from the eurostar station to the holiday inn? We are staying there but arrive at lunchtime, and I can't see another way around going back to the hotel just to drop our bags off I think I read on here recently that you definately couldn't use the express service to the HI which would have been fab - no one has any other suggestions??? We are just going to be in the Village area and hopefully ice skating, we aren't going in the parks.
Also, on our return journey, we kinda have the same prob! We were hoping to check out early & head to the park for a full day before our late eurostar. Am I right in saying that there are lockers in the eurostar station to leave your suitcases? It should only be the one case but we were hoping to dump it off there, have the day in the park and then go back to check in!

You could use the lockers at the station to leave your bags or there is a left luggage area at the entrance to the parks but you have to go through bag search to get there so i would be more hassle

I've just been over onto eurostar's site, and saw that they do have a luggage facility - do you know if I could leave them there on the day we arrive too? That way we could be free of bags for the afternoon and collect them just before we get the bus back in the night?

Ive never been by Eurstar but as far asI know you can as the facilities are in the station bit before you check in when returning

i didn't realise there were lockers at the station too

as we have the same prob! arrive at midday (and want to get straight to the park!)

It took me ages to find it on the eurostar site, it wasn't listed under stations for some reason I guessed someone on here would have used it before though! I can see you are going just after us so I will clarify exactly what happens when we get back!!! If we can leave it there tho it would be great!!!

There are lockers at the train station, and they are available to absolutely anyone, regardless of which way you travelled to DLRP, so yes tinks, you could leave your luggage there and collect it before you head off from the Village to check into the Holiday Inn. The luggage locker office in the train station usually closes at 10pm each evening, they have a sign up on their door though to let you know the exact time they will close while you are there.

Thank you! Thats what I was hoping for! It will save so much time instead of traipsing back to the hotel just to drop of our luggage! We will have loads of time that afternoon now! Just priced 2 day park tickets instead of 1 day I thought they may be like WDW where you can get extra days quite cheap - but they are actually double the price! So going to use the afternoon to go skating and shopping me thinks!
