What is the going price per point right now and is BCV the only property available on site?

And is DVC offering any incentive right now?

And last but not least - what is the current monthly maintenance fees?

Current price is $84 pp. Current incentive is you can sell back your first years points for $10 pp but must buy at least 100 size add on or 150 pts as first purchase. For VB the sell back is $15 pp and the min add on is 50 pts. Maint fees run from around $3.50 to $4.20 depending on the resort.
