Some Universal dining questions

We'll be at Universal August 7-10. When can we call and book the Luau at Royal Pacific?

What about character meals? Which ones do they have and when can they be booked? I have Kelly's book, but I can't find exact info on either of these questions.

I believe it is 30 days.

Yep, 30 days for the Luau, but when we have been at RPR which is always July, they where offering it for booking that day. We booked it prior to our arrival when we went.
RPR character meals , at Islands we never book, as there is always tables available.
