Some things that I don't want to forget to pack for DIS-CON-II.

~ About six of those cheap $0.99, disposable ponchos that are about the size of a deck of cards from Target. Great for while waiting for a parade, or Kali River ride...lol.

~ The smallest, collapsable umbrella for quick rain showers.

~ Several disposable cameras with flash, and several Snapfish mailers to have film developed and put on internet.

~ Buy two pairs of Crosstrainers by Brooks called the Beast. They are the best support for big old guys like me.

~ Buy several Thorlo socks, but I don't know what kind.

~ Bring my 3-foot fiber-optic christmas tree and christmas lights.

~ Bring a small pen light flashlight for the dark nights and emergencies.

~ Bring a cooler for ice.

~ Bring my WebTV computer for everyone to send e-mails back home or receive messages or to get on-line with the DISboards.(and keyboard, A/V cables, remote, and batteries.

~ Bring my Illuminations C.D. and small boombox for room music.

~ Laundry bag, detergent, etc..

~ My new Verizon Free-up prepaid Cell Phone to keep in contact.

~ My DIS-CON-I Dan Murphy-type hat...lol.

~ Xerox copies of my credit cards, insurance card, medical card, WDW annual pass with all the 800 numbers to call in case my wallet is lost.

~ Waist pack.

I'll host that one. I just bought one of those "flip and fold" gadgets from Target. Folding clothes has never been so much fun...lol.

We have laundry facilities over at the Beach Club Villas. I think that a laundry DISmeet is a good idea. I run it past Barb.

Chris....I always grab the pen from my room as soon as I check in and put it in my purse! (I've never stayed at the Swan before, but I am figuring that they have pens in the room!)

Ray and John......I think that a Laundry meet is GREAT!!!! I am thinking somewhere around the 6th or so....we could all do breakfest ...or something!! We could even co-ordinate who brings Laundry stuff!!!....I'll bring the Fabric Softener sheets!!!
I refuse to pack for more than a week no matter how long I am gone for.

I don't think we should make this laundy doingan "unofficial mini meet".....we'll just all happen to be there at the same time!!!

I guess we could have a laundry mini meet. (ugh) I pack for about a week no matter what, too. So I will either need to do laundry or use the Corinne method-buy new stuff.
