So I want to rent out some points, after someone is interested what is the order that I do it? Do I make the reservation, get a deposit, send the confirmation to them and then 30 days before get the rest of the money. Should I send them out a contract also? Thanks for any help you can give me.

the contract is between you and the person you are renting to.

I don't demand one - but if the rentee wants one I have one availaiblity.

I make the reservations and then send them the confirmation - once they get it - I get the first half of the money - at 90 days (when possible) I get the reminder.

I would definitely made the remainder before 30 days - you don't know when they might cancel - trying to get rent again in 30 days - you are taking a chance and beside you don't want to go in the holding account.

bewarely of people who want to pay you less - or after you made the reservation want you to it change - several times. I will change it once but after that time I will give them a definitely time that I must get the first payment or I will cancel the reservation.
