Hi there everyone!

We have 170 pts available for Rent/Transfer @ $7 per pt for Animal Kingdom Villas that are in Holding Status and must be used by February 28. Holding Status means that I can only book reservations 60 or less days in advance. That's why the points are so inexpensive because they are restricted to last minute reservations. If you need a reservation in the next 60 days then these are the points and the price for you!

We have rented from other DVC members several times and know what its like to be on the renters side. You will feel comfortable and secure through the whole process.

Rental terms are straightforward. After securing the reservation prepay 50%. Then 35 days out the balance is due along with any Disney dining reservation requests. We accept Paypal for security and protection.
