Some Points still available for Rent @ $8.50 point

Hi there everyone!

We have some points (between 40 & 50) still available for Rent/Transfer @ $8.50 per pt that are in Holding Status and must be used by February 28. Holding Status means that I can only book reservations 60 or less days in advance.

We have rented from other DVC members several times and know what its like to be on the renters side. You will feel comfortable and secure through the whole process.

Rental terms are straightforward. After securing the reservation prepay 50%. Then 10 days out the balance is due. We accept Paypal for security and protection.
