Some one please take this cough of mine!

I don't know what it is! I don't really feel sick but very tired simple from coughing so much! Last night I was up most of the night due to coughing and ended up sleeping on the sofa. I really haven't coughed much today, thought it was over and done with and now I started again! Nothing works to stop it! YUCK! My sides are starting to hurt!

Seriously, what kind of medicine are you taking? Have you called the doctor?

No I haven't called the doctor. It started last night for several hours and then I have been fine all day till about an hour ago!
Last night I tried robotussin cough and hot tea with honey. Later I gargled with apple cider vinager and warm water, usually works all the time! and I have this wonderful smelly hot pack, it has all types of herbs in it and it is great to put it around your neck and breath in and has always stopped the cough! Even my mom swears by it!
So I don't know if this is a cold or a strange allergy. We had a death in the family and were at the house with tons of flowers all weekend long and I thought that was causing it last night, Hate those star gazzel lillies! they give me a head ach and I loose my voice but I haven't been around them for over 24 hours!
