Ok so heres the deal... im a little on the pooh bear size by my own fault since I broke my knee i stopped playing sports and all ( its been about 5 years yikes
) now I signed up for a summer soccer league (spring had already started) and I want to get into shape we have a treadmill and a step machine and ive started to use them ( i walked 3.5 miles today) I dont want to over do it because of my knee it still gives me problems... we have a wait room at campus that i can use but my question is how do I go about putting together a training program (im kinda on a pretty tight budget so going to things like curves or weight watchers is out of the question) but i dont know really where to start Id like to do more then just walk on the treadmill because I want to gain back my arm strength so I can start rock climbing again
