1. How far is it from the parking lots to each of the parks? (I never noticed where parking was before)

2. Where do you park for access to Downtown Disney? Is it a far walk?

3. Are check in and check out times generally all the same? (We are looking at Wyndham Bonnet Creek)

4. When staying in an offsite villa that does not have room service, is there a dumpster to bring your garbage out everyday?

1. From the parking lot at Magic Kingdom you can take a shuttle (or walk if you're close enough) to the Ticket and Transportation center. From there you either take a monorail or ferry boat to the park entrance. It will take you 10 - 15 minutes.
Animal Kingdom, Epcot and DHS: just park your car where the attendant directs you to and walk if you're in the closest lots, if not hop on a shuttle and you'll ride in to the gates. The walk in can take 5 min. or so even from the closest parking lots.

2. There's about 5 parking lots at DTD from the end where Cirque du Soleil is to the Marketplace end, marked 1 through 5 (#1 being on the Marketplace end) #1 is usually the busiest. It may only take a minute to walk in to the area you want or it may take a few minutes if you have to park in the next parking lot.

3. Don't know about Bonnet Creek specifically but usually the checkout for offsite vacation rentals is 10 - 10:30am and checkin is 3 or 4:00pm.

4. In offsite vacation rentals garbage is picked up either everyday (Windsor Hills) or on specific days like Mon and Thurs. The townhouses and pool homes at WH have a bench that opens just outside the door where you can put bags of garbage. The condos have a place on each floor to drop the bags of garbage off. Pool homes in other subdivisions have a big green bin on wheels that is stored in the garage or around the side of the house and you put your bags in that and wheel it to the curb.

Thank you. I have one more question. I read that Disney parking is $14. How does this work if you use a park hopper? Do you have to pay $14 for each park you go to during the same day? Also, if you spend time in one of the parks all morning, go back to the hotel for the afternoon and return at night (same park), do you have to pay again or is the parking pass good for the day?

You just pay the $14 once a day. Keep your parking ticket to show when you either go to a different park (using your park hopper) or going back to the same park later on.
