Some important questions

Do you find that the average childless middle age couple hates the civic pride many display in professional basketball/football? Also, are they childless because they are confident perfectionists that hate the thought that any kids they have might be terrible at sports? Or are they worried their child might grow up to be a gay man that kisses in public?

Also, if my spouse's family does not want me to spend Thanksgiving with them in their isolated small town--and my spouse went without me--would it be okay for me to be attracted to a man of a different race? After all, we are married but no longer in love, maybe that's why we have limited the amount of children we have.

To answer the 2nd question, I think it's okay to be attracted to a man of a different race only if your family doesn't want to share CHRISTMAS with you in their isolated small town. Thanksgiving only allows you to be attracted to a gay man that kisses in public.
