Some dining questions involving dh's birthday

We're going to MK on my DH's birthday, and I have a couple of questions.

One, I'm thinking of reserving my dh's birthday lunch at LTT. Any recommendations on food there?

Also, I want to order a cake for him, but I have some questions. Does the Main Street bakery sell mickey head cakes? Or mickey related bday cakes? If so, can one order the cake from the bakery , and somehow have them 'deliver' it to the LTT, or does one have to transport it themselves?

We like the food for lunch and dinner at LTT. Lunch has a regular menu where you get to choose and we've enjoyed everything we've tried there except the fried cheese. We didn't like the batter.

We did order a birthday cake at LTT once but it was for dinner. We just made arrangements through the birthday cake line.
