Some Career Start Questions

I've decided to apply for the WDW CS in Fall 09. I was considering the DL CS, but the WDW CS would be much simpler for me to do. Speaking of simple, the application for WDW looks much simpler than the DL one. The first thing I was wondering about though is employment history. How do they look at people who have not ever had a real job, and what exactly would I put there?

Also, I noticed that there are much fewer roles on the CS application for the WDW than any of the other applications (DL CS included). I'm not really interested in many of the missing ones, but I was also wanting to do transportation if I didn't make attractions, but it's not on the application. Can CS people not even be considered? :sad2: (I also don't see why Main Entrance or Character Attendant aren't there either, but I don't think I'd choose either of those)

Anyways, can anyone clarify these points for me?

No. CS people can not be considered for roles that are not listed. They can only apply for the roles shown.

Hi so I was wanting to apply for the disney careerstart program for Fall 2009. I have two questions:
- Am I allowed to send my application now or do I need to wait till later?
- Am I allow to extend it to Spring 2010 if I like the program?

You have to wait until they are applying for the Fall program. If the recruiting period is the same, they should be applying for the Spring 09 program right now.

do you know when the fall 09 can send their applications in? and if i like the program am i allowed to extend my stay?

I am going to guess around Jan/Feb.

I don't know if CS participants are allowed to extend. I am going to guess yes though. Of course, I could be wrong (I've never done the CS, so I really don't know much about it).
