Some advice for DLR DVC ressies

We went to Disneyland Hotel in June on DVC points. It was during the opening of the Nemo ride, so the hotel was completely booked. We got to check in and the CM tells me my ressie is in September not June. I show him my confimation from DVC and he tells me that if I had not had the confirmation with me, I would have been without a room. It looks like the ressie was transfered over to the DLR from DVC incorrectly.

Make sure you bring your confirmations with you. You might need it.

BTW, I loved Disneyland Hotel. We had the daybed style room and the 5 of us fit with no problems.

I'v learned that lesson a few weeks ago. Checking into SSR we had 4 adults and one infant. (4 adults on the DDP.) Well, upon check in they only had 3 adults. They fixed it of coarse, however that person would of been out the DDP and we already had all of our ADR's set!
They said it was a "glitch" in t hier new system.
