2.5 days. Late november. Priorities: night time shows, shopping, new Remy ride and some favorite rides: MMRR, all of galaxy’s edge, SDMT, pirates, haunted mansion. and christmas .

my plane lands at 11am my first day a Sunday. I think this day will end up being a Christmas party day. My first thought was go immediately to AK for a couple hours then to MK for the party.

Next day would be an Epcot/ explore riveria day/Epcot night time show day..

last day is Hollywood studios.

I’m not planning on buying a park hopper.

now- because I really want some time to do some shopping and I feel the best park for shopping is MK or Disney springs- is to drop going to AK all together and doing a regular ticket and party for for MK on the day I land. That way I have some shopping time in MK. I could also drop my regular ticket all together that first day go to DS before the party.

Im just worried I’ll have AK fomo…but I wouldn’t be there late enough to see the night time stuff there anyway..

I know 2.5 isn’t a lot of time so I probably just need to stop trying to do everythjng.. I also don’t want to be rush rush the whole time. This solo trip is such a blessing and is happening due to a work conference so I don’t want to be feeling rushed the whole time to get things done.

we are headed back as a family in June 2022..

Given your parameters, maybe plan on skipping the exploring Riv. and going to DS instead? Personally, I would bite the bullet and get hoppers, that way you aren't pressed for time and can hop over to MK for a few hours on any day. I'm not a fan of DS, haven't even been there since it was DD. With hoppers, I can hop into any park for a hour or two and then move on.

I have to agree with this. I normally don’t get PH but would with what you want to do and I would skip the Riviera as well. Have fun, solo trips are great!

I have a very similar trip/setup! I'm planning on DS after my arrival (flight lands at 4:30 and it felt like too much to try to get anything else done). I've been planning Epcot and DHS and then (basically) all day at DAK with a ticket to Boo Bash to try to meet my MK needs (originally planned to leave DAK at 5 or 6 but closing is now 7 - so, I'm not sure). I love, love, love Soarin' - but am starting to think that Epcot as a full day might be less useful (I'm going late Sept - right before Remy opens/during F&W though I'm not uber-concerned with F&W). I'm less shopping oriented (though I want to some in case I can scope out some good things to buy before I return with the fam in January). Personally, I think your plan works but likely only because it's so much like mine. Otherwise, if I looked at someone's plan like ours I'd encourage them to let go of something and take it easy - so, only you know what you can pull off and what seems like fun to you!

Get the two day Hoppers. That little time, no question. I would probably ax AK. Start by shopping in Disney Springs. Grab dinner at Topolino's and explore Riviera. Go to the Christmas party. Ride all your MK faves. Grab some special Christmas merch. Shop a little have a Christmas treat. Get covered in snoap. Next day go to HS, try to snag a boarding group. If you can't ride what you can. Then try again in the afternoon. If you still can't hop to Epcot UNLESS YOU SNAGGED AN EARLY ONE ( or hop to Epcot either way because you can go back and ride anytime after they call your boarding group just don't go back too late). Ride the Remy ride. You'll need to hop back to HS for your boarding group unless you snag an early one (lucky duck). Which park has the best nighttime show when you're there, DHS or Epcot? Which one are you still in? Easy choice. Or Maybe you want to hit MK bc you missed some rides somehow during the AH event.

That would be me anyways.

See what you guys post about hoppers makes sense to my “do it all” Disney brain..

but I am also trying to learn to not have to be so go go go at Disney.

do you think there is enough time to get DS and riveria after dropping my stuff at movies and probably needing to go back to movies to drop my stuff before heading to the Christmas party and be in MK by 7? I’m not sure. My flight lands at 11am.
I was planning to try and get breakfast at topolinos on my Epcot day.

im not against the park hopper but my budget is also kinda tight and I was the Christmas ticket and shopping $$ :).

I may need to play it by ear. Add the hopper while there if im at my full Epcot day and want to go somewhere else in the afternoon.
