Solo Trip-Best Resort Restaurant for Supper

Hey everyone!

An Unexpected Business Conference got sprung on me last week and it looks like my Fiancee cannot come with me so I will be taking this trip solo. I will be there for two nights only. Looking for a great place to eat in one of the Resorts for supper! I could order room service but I want to be adventurous! I also promised my Fiancee that I would not go into the parks or go to Animal Kingdom Resort because we will be there the 1st week of December for our Honeymoon!

The only two Resort Restaurants I have been to are Ohana and Whispering Canyon.

Any suggestions for a good TS meal???

I've been hearing great things lately about the restaurants at AKL, if you're feeling adventurous cuisine-wise

I had a great experience with the California Grill. That was before they remodeled though. Captain's Grill at The Yacht Club was also very nice and I had a nice steak dinner there. Mom had crab legs which looked really good. The Yacht Club is a beautiful resort and has a lovely marina out back with the lighthouse and the boat to the Boardwalk and other resorts as well. I love the Polynesian resort though and I have heard good things about Kona Cafe. 'Ohana has been getting some bad reviews since they changed the menu and I haven't been there since 2012 so I don't have firsthand experience.
