Solo table service dining

My solo trip is coming up in January and I'm starting to think about dining. I had been planning on sticking with quick service, but I'm now wondering about adding some table service.

Where do people recommend for table service solo dining?
The only thing I haven’t done is the all you can eat joints like Ohana.

I’ve had really good service at CA grill, Space 220, and Le Cellier.

Not great service at Shula’s (closed), and CA Grill.

Sometimes it’s best to just sit at the bar.

I offer a strong +1 for Liberty Tree Tavern, where I have dined solo several times. Superb traditional menu and interesting historical atmosphere. My understanding is that there have been a few menu adjustments over the past couple of years, but I still would expect LTT to be very good.

I spend a lot of time solo when dining out at home as my fiance has a work schedule that typically has him working during dinner hours so to me, being solo is never an issue. My tip is to pick places that you think you would enjoy and that potential travel mates would not be interested in.

I plan on doing AYCTE places and a couple of more upscale dinners on the next solo trip, including Victoria and Albert’s.

To the solo who's done Spice Road Table-what did you eat? I've always wanted to eat there, but I don't know how to order since it's all small plates. I really don't think my appetite would allow more than one small plate's worth. And since I have no one to share with, wouldn't that mean I'd have to get one plate of 1 item? I really don't want to do that, because sharing seems like most of the fun there. Or do I come with a ziplock bag, order 2 items, then take what I don't eat back to my room. Please help!
Just did this last week when traveling for work. The Sampler was a good amount of food, and the Moroccan Mule helped wash it down😀

I have dined solo at most places on property and had no issues, though sometimes there is too much food for a single diner.
