I am currently booked at ASMo in 18 days. BUT I just found a great rate for the Dolphin. I am going Solo. And I am only spending 2 days in the parks.

Anyone have any pros or cons? I see the one con is no use of ME.

Any suggestions would be VERY helpful!

I have been debating on changing to a Moderate instead of a Value, but this might be better :confused3

$99 for Dolphin -> compared to ASMo $84.... no brainer?? :headache:

TIA!

Oooohhhh! Dolphin is in the Boardwalk area! And it is on-par with a Deluxe! Oooohhhh!

I *think* Dolphin has use of ME :confused3 or is it use of EMH?

Beware of hidden fees and taxes at the Swan and Dolphin. Unlike Disney, who quotes everything in their prices, these resorts do not. I just returned from staying 3 nights with the free birthday night promo and was shocked. First, there was $15 for sales tax and another $15 for resort tax, $9 a day to park and $10 for a resort fee. That tacked $50 per day on top of the quoted price.

Although the Swan and Dolphin are quite nice with the Heavenly Bed, they don't have a "Disney feel" to them....they have a look of any other Westin property, nice, but no Disney touches to be seen.

Just a couple words of warning so there are no surprises for you. I was a bit irked at the resort fee and parking fee...thought that was a bit over the top.

Sneaky of the Swolphin!

I wouldn't thnk they would have a Disny feel to them since they are not Disney, but all those fees would definitely have me steaming too. It really should be either included in the price or stated before you book what the total total would be.

I'll have to remember that if I ever had the chance to stay at teh Boardwalk area.
