I want to meet Tink and the others at Pixie Hollow, but I just feel kind of weird (and maybe look a little pervy) because it isn't just a quick meet and greet, but a spend time with the characters attraction.

Anyone thinking like this?

I say go for it...Many adults stand in line to meet the characters and spend time with them. I wouldn't worry about it, just don't forget the autograph book!!!

I went to see Tink. I'm 38 and had a ball. My husband came with me and we really did have a wonderful time. The fairies were sweet and took their time chattinng with us. Go, you only live once!

Oh, definitely go! I am a solo adult, and I love meeting all the characters. I can't wait to meet the fairies on my next trip.

I'm going solo in less than 3 weeks and I plan on meeting them. I hope Rosetta is there she's my fav.

I'm going in March and can't wait to meet Tink!!! And I'm 47!!!

I'm going solo and I'm planning to meet with tink and the other fairies. I'm 55 and young at heart.

You won't be refused access; because, you are solo, etc. Go for it!

Walt Disney had made a statement to this effect, that adults are children that are grown up. So remember that, whenever you may think about talking yourself out of doing something, just because one is no longer a child in actual age. Not to mention, these various meet and greets, and Disney in general is for children of all ages. So please, if you are genuinely interested in visiting Pixie Hollow, please do. I would love to see pictures too, if you are so inclined. :) You have a great, wonderful and most magical time during your next visit! :flower3:

By the way, I too, have been and will be again, a solo single DL. park visitor, and I am interested as well in visiting Pixie Hollow. :)

I waited 2 1/2 hours to meet Tink the first time and 90 minutes the second time! (and to think I dont even like the fairies!!!) I waited just so my niece could have their autograph! The funniest had to be when Tink asked if I wanted a hug, the look on her face when I said 'No thanks' was priceless.

Even being solo they treated me the same as the rest of the people with famililes and encouraged me to take part in the activities (Follow the fairy and head and shoulders)

When you meet Tink tell her that you have a message from Captain Hook and stick your hand out from under your chin and wiggle you fingers. The reaction you get is GREAT. You can also do this when meeting Captain Hook. I did it to both and had everyone in stitches because no one had done it before.

We just waited an hour on the 26th and I made a point to get my picture with them. I think a lot of adults get into the character thing as much as the kids do. I know I had a blast doing it.

I went In May Im 25 male and got my picture taken with every princess I could and didnt feel weird. Its Disney is all I have to say

A friend and I went to see Tink and company this past trip. The staging was neat!

I agree - I'm 30 and I still get my pic with princesses and other characters. WHen I go to Disney in the spring, I'm definently heading to Pixie Hollow!

Matter of fact.. I am going back down today, and will take my mom there tomorrow. She is 76 and will enjoy it a lot! :)

I have not seen the movie ..yet - but how is the personality of Tink???? That has me curious since I have seen the movie Peter Pan.
Me thinks me needs to see her movie since I am going...FOR THE 1ST time to WDW /DCL 01-07-09 thru 01-15-09 :woohoo: !

P.S. Where are Tink & her friends located & in what park??

She was friendly.... not fiesty or mischievious. And they are in the Tent at Toon Town, in the back of MK.

I didnt get my mom back there yesterday. Things go much slower with her in tow. Much more leisurely than a leisurely trip for me.
