Just some stuff I thought I would pass along...
Soldier's Angels is a website founded by Patti Patton-Bader, mother of Spc. Brandon Varn, who is deployed to Iraq. Soldiers' Angels is a volunteer run, 501 © (3) non-profit, organization, started in June of 2003. Staff includes Susie Feaster, Ana-Marie Smith, Robin Boerner, and Peggy Baker. The Soldiers Angels mission is to provide aide and comfort to any of the armed forces and their families.
More importantly, the slogan describes the motivation behind Soldier's Angels. By working together and sharing a common vision of service, the volunteers of Soldiers' Angels send care to deployed soldier's and their loved ones at home.
To date they have accomplished to send over 2,000 care packages to deployed soldiers, helped the wounded at three major military hospitals and aided many military families.
On Feburary 6th, 2004 Soldiers' Angels and Keystone Soldiers merged to form a stong alliance to help more military and their families.
From its very inception, the focus of Soldiers' Angels has been:
Helping to bring home healthy soldiers.
May No Soldier Go Unloved
