Sold out at 180+ days???? Really?

Starting to make my reservations for December and we're in the 10 window where they're open to resort guests at 190 days out.

I understand Le Cellier and Coral Reef being not available for dinner - very popular. But Rose and Crown? Garden Grill? Hard time believing those are 2 of the restaurants are completely sold out 4-8pm for reservations in mid-December (before xmas season).

Do some restaurants not open their reservations until closer?

Rose & Crown and Garden Grill ADRs are being held like Le Cellier and Coral Reef. They're supposed to be released 6/26 when they open bookings for the Candlelight Processional.

They have not yet released any of those ADRs. They are being held back until they finalize how many to use for Candlelight Processional packages. Then they will release the other non-package ADR's as well. You're going to have to keep watching and checking.

I'd wager a guess that a GP free dining offer will come out before these ADRs even open, so they'll go in record time.

Until the information for Candlelight Processional is released, the restaurants that participate in the CP Packages aren't available for booking. That information should come out next month.

seen on here yesterday some places blocked for candle processtional but is all I know. were going first week in November so we already have ADR'S and had no problems. do your list and then call as well and see what you can get. or when I do them I have two for each day so that can change if need to or change around days...

Yes, and Rose and Crown also goes quickly due to seating for Illuminations.

Today is my 180 mark and I too was unable to get Garden Grill (new restaurant for us this year) but thanks to the Dis I kinda figured I wounldn't be able to yet. I booked a back up plan just incase (and for the day I'm hoping to go to Be Our Guest). I'll just keep checking back to see.

At my 180 day mark there was nothing for Le Cellier, and everyone on here seemed to be having the same problem. I kept checking the boards and saw they were open about 10 days later. I was able to get my exact time that I wanted!

Thanks for the information. It would be nice for the cast members or the IPO to let us know that ahead of time when making requests.

I just wanted to let you guys know that on June 20, 2012 at 12pm, I was able to make "regular" Epcot Dining Reservations at Le Cellier Restaurant and Coral Reef Restaurant and The Garden Grill Restaurant and Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Restaurant.


Just in case you wanted to make any regular reservations at these restaurants.

Yup, thanks to Ray, I was able to book Le Cellier for 12/18 lunch and Garden Grill for 12/19 dinner. Now all my ADR's are done !!

This is why I love these boards. My 180 day window opened this morning and I wanted to book Garden Grill for my first night. It was unavilable, so I opted for Teppan Edo. I just went to the reservation website and found a ressie for Garden Grill!
