I have over 250 points for use throughout 2006. Travel may not begin until January, 2006. Home resort of Old Key West has an 11-month reservation window. Other resorts have a 7-month window.

$9 per point.

PLEASE NOTE: It may appear that I am a new member, but I am not. I misplaced my password under my old user name (wonderbear), and the administrator has not responded to requests for help on resetting my password; so I registered again under wonderbear2. If you search "wonderbear", you will see I have rented points before, and I can certainly give references from very happy vacationers.
